This is the Home Page for a Community Communications effort in support of the Property Owners in the Granite Mountain Homesites Community (GMHC) located in the Williamson Valley near Prescott, Arizona. This service is privately owned by a GMHC property owner and resident, and is being provided at no cost.

Initially the services offered will be an eMail Discussion Reflector offered exclusively to Property Owners in the Granite Mountain Homesites subdivisions and the adjoining Equestrian Estates Unit 2 subdivision. These two developments have many common concerns regarding water services and road systems.

The Discussion Reflector can also serve as an Announcements List for those that do not want to participate in the discussions. Important documentation and information that needs to be shared within the community will be made available via links on this Web site. [For example, see Community Items in pane on the right.]

For the purposes of this project, Property Owners consist of both owners who have a home on their lot and individuals who own undeveloped lots in the subdivisions. Non-resident developers are not considered a Property Owner and are not eligible for participation on the Discussion Reflector. We will share any information they wish to distribute to the community.
